<<死靚仔潮爆講東話>>是"死靚仔09聖誕坤鬼佬計劃"的重點發展項目，全書將會有一個主題封面，希望能成為大中華地區各中英文書店及遊客精品店的書架上的一個地標。

死靚仔共玩黨將會成立獨立小圈子委員會，研究及跟進與死靚仔文娛藝術掠水計劃有關的事項，包括與文化藝術產品的配合、書本的用途及規劃、語境考慮因素、財務影響與安排，以及其他相關事宜。

<<死靚仔潮爆講東話>>同潮州話完全沒有關係，因為潮州僅屬於廣東省內的一個地級市，而死靚仔已經將視野拓展至大中華地區。繼上期統戰了臺式潮語，今期死靚仔共玩黨將重回本土發展，將香港特別行政區內的狗講（救港）文化發揚光大。

About the design of the Canto Collection

Canto Hooligan Collection is not just a book, it is a concept, more than a book for sure.

The cover has always been a headache to me and my designer. How to present it properly and precisely is the question I keep asking. Maybe you will it interesting where the dolls keep fighting with pens in the Slang series, fighting with mouth and battle with pens (口誅筆伐) is the source of inspiration.

And then we come to the Dicktionary series, where the swear words are sort of taboo. So you will see the dolls have their mouths covered. Disaster comes from the mouth (禍從口出) and so we have to cover it unless you open the bookcover.

Now we come to another new series, the so-called Canto Superstition series, and actually I treat it as a serious studies which guide our future. The dolls have their eyes covered this time, they know nothing about their future unless you unblind them.

How to make a crazier dream?

Yes somehow I admit it is crazy to run a bookstore simply by writing a few books. And what if we develop this mindset further?

I am always interested in building up various possible cooperation. Now we have CSL fonetic text message, photo exhibition... maybe we shall not confine ourselves in the mental boundary, let everything be possible.

死靚仔共玩黨筆記系列是一個認真惡搞作品，認真在於創作態度，惡搞則是在於創作思路．

曾幾何時想創作一位奇美拉人物(Chimera)，神話時代獅頭、羊身、蛇尾的合成獸，如果現在合成一個人物，我想這會是很有趣的經歷，有機會還要替他拍短片電影，塑造一個未來世界的故事．
古時的人喜歡創作一些更古時的神話人物，容易流於迷信；現代的人創作未來的人物，就可以更積極，更天馬行空．

死靚仔就是敢做敢試，未來就掌握在創造者手中．

Coming up! Mandarin Dicktionary

After Canto Dicktionary, The Oxfuck Dicktionary of Languages Worldwide, we return to basic - our Mandarin collection. Go! Mandarin! Go! Well I find it somehow weird in using those Mandarin bad word even if I am 100% Chinese being raised in local culture. I can hardly adopt the usage of those terms in daily conversation, not because of the degree of vulgarity but the ambivalence between swearword and joke. You may find it weird to use too, but I am sure it is interesting to learn.

出版在疫病蔓延時

H1N1流感來臨時，我覺得是天大的巧合，2008年推出＜＜死靚仔粵港愈粗口＞＞時，我們封面設計會時就有封嘴這一個概念．不能宣之於口，索性封嘴效果一定惹笑非常．口罩封嘴的念頭一直盤旋在腦海（最後用了膠布）

到了年頭推出牛逼死靚仔世界粗口辭典，設計方向曾經出現極大分歧，一方面上一部參考萬寶路香煙，今次又想仿傚牛津字典惡搞一番．然而口罩封嘴的概念仍然得到一定支持，在爭持不下最後作了名字依舊，封面則仍以香煙設計為主．背後原因就是為了配合＜＜死靚仔粗言操母語＞＞

最後就在流感爆發時創作了這張海報，簡單直接：全球封嘴好了！

Canto Collection is one of the unaccomplished projects in my mind. "How to learn Chinese culture in a playful way" has always been a question to me and my comrades.

We are now in a flat world with different ideologies, while the East and West has remained the two biggest conflicting camps.

I never mean to change the world, but try my best to deepen mutal understanding. I think this is the only thing we can do with our limited ability. We are rebellious, but it doesnt mean we are going against anything, rather to embrace conflicting ideas, which is more challenging.

The Canto Collection has always been a creative and enriching project. Carefree and neuron-stimulating, the meetings are very rewarding and fun.
